I have been a member of the Scouting organization for over 25 years. For the last 11 years, I have served as a professional in the organization. I attempt to be a servant leader who buids a team that can execute the vision and mission of the Boy Scouts of America.
I have had the pleasure to serve in the Greater St. Louis Area Council, which is my home council. I served as a District Executive and Senior District Executive in the Boone Trails District for 3 and a half years from February 2007 to July 2011. I served next as a District Director in the New Horizons District for 2 and a half years from July 2011 to December 2013. In January 2014, I was promoted to Field Director. In July of 2014, I then moved my family to Southeast Missouri from St. Louis to take a different Field Director positon. In July 2016 I was promoted to Assistant Director of Field Service for the Greater St. Louis Area Council.
I earned my bachelors degree at Southeast Missouri State University. While there I was active in Alpha Phi Omega, serving as Scouting Chair, Vice President, and President. Southeast Missouri State is also where I met my wife Christina. We have 3 children, Jack who is 8, Levi who is 6, and Molly who is 3. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching baseball, home improvements, and working on cars.
I am an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor Member of the Order of the Arrow, and Woodbadge trained.
