About Me

I grew up in Bonne Terre, a small, rural town in Southeast Missouri.  I am the first person in my family to participate in Scouting and become an Eagle Scout.  Upon graduation from high school, I attended Southeast Missouri State University where I earned a Bachelors in Marketing.

After working for Wells Fargo as a Credit Manager for a couple years, I felt called to start my career with Scouting.  It was February 1, 2007 that I came to work for the Greater St. Louis Area Council. Within the Greater St. Louis Area Council I served the roles of District Executive, Senior District Executive, District Director, Field Director, and Assistant Director of Field Service.

Since January 16, 2019 I have held the position of Scout Executive of the Prairielands Council headquartered in East Central Illinois.  During my tenure with the council, we have increased fundraising dollars, grew membership, improved our Camp resources, and improved communication between the Council and our volunteers.

When not working, my time is spent with my wife and 3 children.  I  recharge by working on my project car, doing home improvement projects, and working outside.
